    Agreed, it would need to be something that people could plan for in advance and might need to be phased in (10% reduction YR1, 15% reduction YR2, 20% reduction YR3, etc).

      I got a PM on this. It's a utility that essentially hacks the game to put the extra dead cap space on every team.

        I wouldn't mind going to this format, I like the idea of even further roster crunching and more thought going into offseason moves.

            Just to allay concerns here, the hack has been used for many seasons across many leagues with no ill effects. It was a potential concern when it was initially discussed, but it's proven to have no problems.
