Upon returning home from Sunday's Eagles game, I plan on running the first sim. The first sim will cover the midweek turn prior to the week 1 exhibition game, which will give everyone a chance to make cuts, make trades, and pick up free agents.
All exports are due by 9pm Sunday evening. PLEASE use the "upload file" link on the left of the forums to submit your exports. DO NOT email them to me, and if you've already emailed them to me, please submit them again using the "upload file" link. We're going to be using this process from here on out and I want to make sure everyone is able to do it correctly.
To get us on the official league schedule, here's this week's sim schedule:
Sunday - Preseason midweek turn
Tuesday - Exhibition Week 1 Game
Thursday - Midweek turn
There will then be no sim on Friday and we will resume with a game sim on Sunday. After that, the regular schedule applies.
I recognize that this means nobody will be playing their first exhibition games until next Sunday, but I want to take things slowly at first to make sure we're all on the same page. After this week, we'll adopt a regular 4 sims/week schedule. Thanks for your patience!
EDIT - Just a note on the uploads. You only need to upload the single file the game creates when you click on export stage file.
Please do not upload gameplans or any other files. If you browse here, you can see the time and date of your last export:

You just need to make a note of the filename for your team. Each team has it's own ID. You can see your team ID by looking at the file extension for your export.
