Quick ?. So I've watched the Solevision. Now how is the game updated to show stats etc? Is that another download we do later?

WOW I was up all game and lost by one with no time left...

The other team ran 39 more plays then more and around 200 more yards of offense...YIKES!

Other than the ridiculous amount of turnovers in the first half, the team looked decent. I gave Washington drives starting on my own 42, 36, 22, and 1 on 4 bad turnovers. However, the D stood tall and only surrendered 13 points on 170 yards of total offense.

So far I'm feeling good about my kicking situation. James Moreno knocked down all 5 of his attempts from 47, 47, 45, 20 and 40 yards.

I'm pissed I didn't score at all on that drive that started on the ONE.

How did Jesse Zeiders not get in?! He should have dove in like Reggie Bush. :(

well, i have a pretty good kicker, we trailed most the game, I punted from my opponent's 36. I was pissed. hell go for the fg attempt or go for it on 4th.

There is a setting which dictates what length FG's your kicker will attempt. Not sure why it didn't go for an attempt on the 29 (I've never had that problem,) but the default is a 49 yard kick which is why it didn't go for the 53 yarder. I believe the setting is under the misc. offensive settings.

The game is immediately updated with the most recent stats when you download the league files and put them in your league folder. If you watched the game of week 2, then the stats are current and can be viewed in a few places (but the game doesn't save pre-season stats once the pre-season is over.)

Yeah, had this been a regular season game, I'd be quite pissed off. I could have dealt with him missing a FG causing me to lose, but the game was at least going to OT if he made it. Since I went for a 4th and 8 on my own 4, giving Columbus the final TD with like 30 seconds to go (thanks for kneeling it! LOL J/K).

Wow my team was pretty terrible. My offense couldn't do anything with my backup QB, especially after we went down 21-0 in the 1st quarter.

Check out this sequence in the 1st quarter
- On my first drive I got backed up and punted from inside my 10. 28 yard punt and 11 yard return and he had the ball at my 24 yd line. TD, 7-0
- 1st play of the next drive, i throw an INT and they get a short field again. TD 14-0
- Next drive, I go 3 and out and they return the punt for a TD. 21-0.

Not the best way to start my FOF career :x

Preseason stats aren't tabulated too well. In the regular and post season you can get them all... and more than you could possibly ever want by clicking the little record icon (it's a black vinyl record album for you young whippersnappers - not a CD) and the stats are in the 'Almanac' window.

And how's this for an action-packed franchise opening game at The Hive? No score at the end of regulation. Won by a field goal after a turnover in overtime.
