Ralph Bell is still working off his rust but I'm sure he'll be elite soon.

Huge upset victory vs Gainesville. McBriar started off hot going 10-10 and giving us a 7-0 lead, but then the wheels started to fall off. McBriar fumbled twice and Duckworth fumbled twice in the first half, all of which were recovered by Gainesville. On 4 of 5 drives we turned over the ball. Fortunately, this only resulted in 16 Gainesville points thanks to our stiff defense, and we trailed 16-7 at halftime.

In the second half Dakota cranked it up and stopped turning the ball over. Brant Cook was harassed all day (as was McBriar) despite only being sacked once. Cedric Caldwell continued to overperform, registered a sack and two blocked passes. Our WR3 and WR4 Bernie Jones and Ralph Bell, continued to contribute with big catches.

The offensive juggernauts on Gainesville were well contained. Despite a 53 yard run by Desmond Kinney, he was held to 84 yards on 24 carries. Harward and Strickland were held to 48 yards receiving outside of one 34 yard catch by Strickland. We held on to win 24-19, stopping Gainesville on 4th and 9 from our 10 yard line late in the game.

Despite being tied with Kalispel for the league lead with 14 turnovers, we are miraculously 4-0. If we want to keep this up the turnovers need to stop. The fact that Duckworth has five fumbles is alarming and surprising, but the 6 interceptions and five fumbles by McBriar are a lot less surprising.

It's not a bad time to have a bye week as we have several nagging injuries and would've been without Jerome Howe for another week.

This might not be the 12-4 team I predicted earlier, but we should contend this year.

Quite the game against Port City. Wasn't a whole lot of defense going on until we nabbed a pair of INTs in the 2nd half (one in the end zone). Very hard-fought win.

Rickey Gaither has more INTs in 4 games than he has allowed catches. Monstrous start, an INT per game so far.

                  GG shark

these are the games that remind me what this game we play is, a stats machine. i didnt have enough fumbles on the season so the AI decided i was gonna have 6 FUMBLES!!! frodo had 3 fumbles a sack strip and 2 on scrambles.

coming into this game i had 0 fumbles then the ai said "hes gonna win but well let him catch up to the rest of the league in fumbles " and to make up for it well let him get a kick return for a TD

that being said interesting game finally got the balance i was looking for 32 runs 33 passes.

Haha, strangely I feel those high-octane pass all the time teams are more effective/obtainable in the NFL than they are in FOF.

Although in FOF you can both push the extremes of passing production and passing talent to beyond-NFL levels.
