I have been going back and forth with my own game plans and using rex. (in all my leagues) I have not found enough of a difference in the out come of games or stats to suggest one is any better than the other. Six of one/half dozen of the other is what I've determined.

I don't know what this tells me. My game plans and rex are not similar. So it's not like there isn't a deviation from one to the other.

If I wanted to get a receiver who was good off the line of scrimmage(good against bnr) what are the corresponding bars? RR or GD? Others?

        Dunno, actually.

BPR, GD and RR have the most direct effect on a WR's performance.

After that size does help, but I believe that's mostly correlated to passes over 20+ yds. And even then, it's only a small modifier, BPR is more important.

If BNR is a shutting you down, throw longer. ;)

My guess would be courage as this ties into a players strength. Going over the middle and such. So it would make sense that a strong player is going to shake off BnR easier and then good RR will get him open. GD comes into play after the WR makes the catch and helps his YAC.

          Just my uneducated thought.

I actually decided not to mention Courage because it's so damn hard to quantify.

It does play a role though, more I believe than Adjust for Ball (which may or may not be QB-dependent).

I'm not sure. In my receivers, I like to see RR + athletic ability (GD/BPR) first. If they have both GD and BPR, then lower RR might be forgivable. On the other hand, if they have neither, that's not good, either. I haven't given too much thought to the other bars, though they're nice to have, all things considered.

If your QB has poor accuracy, then adjust to ball plays a bigger role. The WR is more likely to catch a poorly thrown ball.

I think you need to pay attention to the WR bars based on how good or poor your QB is. The better he is, the less bars to concern yourself with in your WR.
