2030 Draft - Round 1
Pick 1 - Lake County select WR Wally Upshaw (Duke) 68/86
Maybe all of us thought about Durden at this Pick, but Upshaw is more ready to play Pro style, without a doubt a hughe WR who will turn the Extreme in AC Eastīs contenders since day 1, Holliday, Huard and Fultonīs happy dreams started to turn into a nightmare right now...
Pick 2 - Pearl Harbor select OLB Leslie Becker (Southern California) 63/88
When you play in hard-offense division like the NC West, you need to have a stud in the 2nd Level to keep the Safeties and CBs in the perimeter doing his job, Leslie Becker is the perfect fit to put the Defendersī defense (Oh yeah too much defense here!!!) in the next level as soon as he hits the field in the TC, all around backer who can tackle, cover and blitz like a knife between the gaps or around the blockers. Gornitsky, Figures and OLīs Outlaws will have hard work stopping him.
Pick 3 - Las Vegas select WR Glen Durden (Miami (OH)) 26/47
Another low-division WR who will turn into a very good player with the pros, he have all the tools to be the reference in Las Vegasī future aerial attack, he need to work in his muscles inside "The fight Club" during the summer in order to win some weight and survive to the pro-style-hitting, he will turn around the Outlaws and KOZ give the young Darren Atkins the weapon needed to complement Arnold Donaghy.
Pick 4 - Los Alamos select Safety Lorenzo MacAllister (Rutgers) 71/85
Well liked player who put some records in the NCAA along the season, he is another all-around defense who can play SS and FS perfectly and will complement Newman, Ellison and Wheeler and finish the Monstersī defense, more power to stop Randy Boone and Nutah, you just could think in this 4 cornerstones playing together and start to fear the power of Los Alamos.
Pick 5 - Port City select ILB Brad Mueller (California) 53/84
Coming from Germany, this BOOM or BUST compacted monster will make the eternal champion Nutahīs offense in jeopardy playing in the middle of the Front 7 if he can learn the Proīs schemes and raw speed, he can stuff the run, playing in the space and punish the QB behind the line, a big addition in Jleyīs defense who will turn the Franchise inmediatly and be a Wild Car contender with a little more help.
Pick 6 - North Liberty Select RB Bart Shue (Pittsburgh) 63/72
Excellent all around skills for a RB who will catch and run with the football like Darren Sproles but with better Height and Weight which allow him score yards after contact. Excellent positional Drill who puts himself as a great instincts player, who feels the hole before it opens... Another weapon to North Libert arsenal. He will split reps at WR in TC also to see what position fit with him better in the Pro-style offense.
Pick 7 - Washington select DE Percy Campbell (Georgia Tech) 31/79
The Former Yellow Jacket play like an angel when he is motivated, displaying his effort all over the field, playing with his excellent speed and agility avoiding blocks and chargging through the defense when the situation requires. Maybe he is too small to play defensive end with the pros and a switch to OLB could make more sense... He needs to learn a lot in both positions and are far away to make a significant impact in the OSFL. But the Bombers pick him to be the cornerstone of their defense during the next years when he will be ready.
Pick 8 - Kalispel select OT Scottie Tuell (California) 53/76
One thing is sure, with this Pick Bollywood will have the poise and calm to find his weapon all over the field, he have the techiques to block the best linemen, and open lanes for the runners in traps thanks to his outsanding understand of the game. He also needs to add more muscle to not be fooled by the biggest Pass-Rushers in the league.
Pick 9 - Utah, through Portland, select DT Lincoln Cleaver (California) 49/74
Oh that poor puppy... So cute, so little, so DEAD... This "Warren Sapp" type guy will complete the powerfull D-Line of the actual champions, he was projected 1st Overall by conscriptor and like Lutulei falls but be sure that he is quite happy to drop into Nutahīs hands, he will be a contributor from day 1 and will put all the AC Westīs QBīs lifes miserable.
Pick 10 - Chicago select DE Lance Kraemer (Florida St.) 21/63
He could play in every spot of the D-Line and the cold of the weather in Chicago will turn his hits in something really dangerous, I can see the QBs of the NC North crying after Kraemer collapse the pocket and hits they from everywhere, great selection, big, athletic and multifunction guy.
Pick 11 - South Maryland select QB Corwin Galligher (Kansas) 14/66
The worst Pick until this point I think, he reminds me Chustz a lot, athletic, average arm and low development, but with his volatility could turn into a decent game manager or the next Tim Tebow, we will see.
Pick 12 - Charlotte select DE Butch Chau (Pittsburgh) 27/72
Good pick but with his lack of elite strength could be a smart move to put him as a OLB trimming him down. Quick feets, great technique and awesome endurance for sure an every down guy in each position that the manager wants.
Pick 13 - Denver select OLB Dave Weiler (Northwestern) 38/78
I love the decision to Pick this boom or bust guy without a combines in his hands, marvelous man, congrats, he could be your next cornerstone selected from nowhere, great bars and his volatility is really dangerous in both ways, could be the best every-down LB in the league or just another guy, but when you have 3 1st Rounder you can play agressive.
Pick 14 - Gainesville (Trough Sant Paul) select Safety Terrell Donovan (Washington St.) 41/70
Ozias canīt believe that guy falls into the middle of the 1st round and donīt miss on him, all-around hard hitter with the instincts, the body and the athleticism to be the next "Ronnie Lott", awesome Safety who will be feared for the next 10 Years by the WRs of the all divisions, now facing the Gaels will be at least HARD like Donovan.
Pick 15 - Memphis select QB Emmitt Jeffreis (Syracuse) 21/60
Well I donīt really know what to think about this Pick, only a CPU could use a 9 Bench Reps in QB as a 15 Overall Pick, but if you want to play a short passing game and run option he is the best in the league at this point, have the feels, the accuracy, the can throw between the backers and fin the right window in every place to hit the WR.
Pick 16 - Motor City select DE Blaine Pokrajac (Lousiana St.) 36/65
Pass rush specialist who could run over the blockers or push they into the QBs arms, he could be the last piece in the Clayīs team to win the AC East or push hard for a WC spot, personally I will fear him twice a year, great Pick, I want him to replace Omar OīNeill one day, but donīt have any expectation to see him at the end of the 1st.
Pick 17 - Brooklyn select WR Daniel Floyd (Wisconsin) 19/29
A Big Ten product, Very Underrated play-maker due his former team run a lot with the football and display a play-action pass range which not exploid his tools. It will take time but could be another perfect weapon for the Hitmen rebuilding team. Bomber has making an excellent job creeping from nowhere and drafting really cool.
Pick 18 - Camden select Safety Derek Thompson (Northwestern) 24/54
Wooohaaa what a combines, one of the fastest guys in the nation and the strongest Safety in his class, insticts, athleticism, hands and strength and the best of all is that seems underrated, we could see his turn into the TC and if turns well Boston and Brooklyn will have a hughe problem twice a year.
Pick 19 - Waco select TE Wesley Hinson (Maine) 31/62
I can see the next Gronkowski here, coming from nowhere in a small team in a small division, he set all the records for a TE with his combination of Height and Athleticism, it will take time but pretty sure that he will be the best TE in the AC some day, good luck with this Pick man! TE is always a thought selection!!
Pick 20 - South Maryland select DT Oliver Wunder (Clemson) 47/63
Another good guy with the great techniques but lacking the Top-Notch factor required in the 1st Round, definetely the CPU donīt know how to Draft the right guys at this point.
Pick 21 - Anchorage select RB B. J. Bruce (North Carolina State) 39/60
He is powerfull and have the burst to breaking for six in any play that he touch the football, he could play between the tackles with power and grab some balls out of the back-field, good power-back to balance the football in Anchorage and protect Sheldon picking up Blitzes, he could be a monster in the last quarter when the defense get tired.
Pick 22 - Brooklyn select RB Broderick Carter (St. Cloud State) 39/48
Another smallīs school prospect who turns early in a Pro-style-hitting-back, he will play as a starter for the hitmen to HIT the opposite LBs due of their starterīs RB concussion historal and retired, I wish a better and longer career for Carter, he also is a polished pass catcher with the hability to get the 1st down after contact despite is small body.
Pick 23 - Puntxutawney select QB Larry Terrell (Ball State) 24/56
Well if he is the next franchise signal caller I will be happy, he donīt have nothing to offer to be a 1st Round selection but maybe the CPU know something that we donīt... See what happens in a few years.
Pick 24 - Denver select T Randall Lyle (Mississippi State) 40/67
Wow another hit or miss selection for Denver who is been more than agressive in this 1st Round, he have the agility to keep out the best pass-rushers and the strength to controlate the more powerfulls but lack the endurance Top-Notch who turns him into an all-around tackler to protect the new toys of Nutahīs but maybe his volatility could turn him into a monster, without a doubt Denver need all the luck in the world to beat Utah year in year out.
Pick 25 - San Francisco select Safety Fred McCullough (Boston College) 27/72
Wow awesome Safety class, small but smart player who all the tools to be another play-maker, our Boss will prove him like a CB and see what position addapts better to his short height and weight but if he plays with his hart it could be a non-factor someday, see what happens with him in TC, pretty anxious to see if the Bay have another weapon to fight in the NC HELL
Pick 26 - Denver select WR Bernie Ross (Memphis) 32/62
Despite be a Very Underrated product out of college I think there are better WRs out in the pool with the hability to break for a big play, but nobody will caught the ball over the middle like Ross, he have the courage to fight against a Bear and with his volatility could be a reference to throw the ball in traffic.
Pick 27 - Columbus select OLB Carl Givens (Tulsa) 25/44
Givens have the hability to shed blockers with his outsanding agility and punish the ball carrier with his high strength but his small body could put him out of the bests OLBs in the league, time will tell how good is Columbus drafting that Force Fumble Machine.
Pick 28 - Camden (through Yuma) select RB Tommy Jeffries (Baylor) 46/60
Another small RB who see the light at the end of the 1st, he is an every-down back with the hability to run through the arm tackles and speed around the corner to win the sideline and score a good yards per carry. He is also a threat out of the backfield when the ball is in his hands and great pass blocker. Good prospect and good trade by Camden to put his hands in him.
Pick 29 - Ohio River select WR Steve Worsham (San Diego State) 25/35
Slot huy who will push for the slot position along the TC and the Pre-season, he is Very Underrated and have the hability to catch and run with the football, he is enough developed to see good things in him but need to work in his muscle in order to stay healthy and break some tackles for six, will be a solid option under the wings of Neal Howe teaching him the tricks of the OSFL.
Pick 30 - Motor City select T Harvey Sedrick (Nebraska) 22/39
Another good lineman selected by Clay, now on the offensive side of the football, projected RT with power and endurance to a be an asset from the bench as a weekly basics, he is learning the next levelīs game, but any player at this point need a lot development to reach the starterīs status.
Pick 31 - Boston select Safety Archie Consulo (Colorado State) 34/70
Anbother small product from the NCAA with all around combines/bar scores, he should be awesome playing along the secondary specially from FS and slot CB position, have great feel for the ball and could be a solid tackler with the right learn.
Pick 32 - Portland (through Utah) select CB Billy Joe Henry (Clemson) 41/73
The 1st CB picked in the Draft and have the enough Big-Play hability to not fall into the 2nd Round, all around bars with 68% developed is a good sign to take a steal at this point, Portland see something really good in him at the individual workouts, now he will have the oportunity to show his General Manager the real value of the Mr Irrelevantīs 1st Rounder. Could play as a second CB or Nickel option but will never be a scariest player for the best OSFLīs WR
