Red flag is mostly a hit to chemistry. Think of it like a - 10 to whatever cohesion you have. (Assuming a 0-100 on cohesion scale.)

Doesn't have a significant impact on the game.

Oh. Is that what it does???

I don't think I've ever heard that before.

That's not exactly what it does I'm sure, just how I think of it.

This is the email you get when red flag hits or whatever:

Analysts are calling out D'Brickashaw Ferguson of the Buffalo Bills for his lackluster performance in this week's game against Carolina.

They suspect troubles down the road with Ferguson. He might never become a player mentor. He might end up negatively affecting team chemistry. And, if he becomes unhappy with playing time, he will be less likely to work with the Bills in the future

        I don't think it's a big deal tbh.

              Ohio River Sharks (OSFL)

I've always wondered if Jim added some code where if you possess a lot of Red Flag players you get a chemistry bonus akin to "Us again the world"

I ran an offense for years with two red flag players. I demoted one to backup for a year and he didn't even mind.

                      haha

I guess I am kind of late to the party. Oh well. Here goes...

                            Round 1

                            1.14 Portland (rush_27) - Conner Diaz - T

The best offensive tackle in the draft. Superior dash and agility scores to go along with the top broad jump score and a high blocking strength bar. As an added bonus he is only 20 years old!

1.23 Utah (AI) - Horace Kimrin - CB

All strong combine scores including a superior 4.39 40 yard dash. I love corners with red dash scores. His bars don't look excellent but they should go up.

1.27 St. Paul (Matt) - Chance Sullivan - WR

This guy gets no love because of lack of big play receiving. I don't put as much into BPR as in the previous version of the game and I think Sullivan was great value at 1.27. He has the combination of bars (including route running and endurance) to be a #1 WR and a really good one if his getting downfield bar goes up.

                              Round 2

My 2nd round picks usually bust. Since I historically suck at evaluating players at this part of the draft I will only list one player that I like (Sorry if I jinx you King Kosar).

2.9 Chicago (King Kosar) - Louis Lewis - WR

Good all around bars and strong combines. Nice 2nd round value for a #1/#2 WR. Plus a great name.
