I didn't even realize we had a new Frodo. I dub him "Sam". Frodo wouldn't have gotten far without his Sam.

I was really hoping to get RB Calvin Floyd but he went to Div Foe San Fran, Same thing happened last season with Pearl Harbor getting RB Grim right before we picked. So I was very happy Utah took Davis @ WR and left me Lake. I think Lake will be better hopefully.

So Far we have signed RB Rufas Small figuring we would miss out on Floyd.
Then we traded for WR Austin Olsavsky and really hope we get 4 maybe 5 seasons from him.

Also resigned OLB Park. Leaving us about 40Mill to now plug holes with best we can find. So far very happy with way the offseason is going.

I liked Sam more than the other QB, but then again I spent years trying to trade for Frodothorpe.

EDIT: Actually, looking at our new Hobbit again, I think he'll only be OK as a QB. I wouldn't draft him until late 1st at best.

I did not plan to take Halcomb, but a last minute interview changed my mind. Hope he turns out good and in the next two years replaqce an aging spielman

Wasn't really happy with what was left in the draft...went with what we hope is a stud DT in our 3-4 that will anchor the middle for years.

Yeah I had Lake ahead of Davis on my board as well. Not by much and might make a difference how you run your offense. That said they both look good. Kinda had hoped they fell further. Nice grab.
