All of my draft tips were pretty much mentioned in this thread...
On the 39 setting the main difference for me is I use DA to sort by the bar rating and then go down from there. You don't see a lot of huge bar movement anymore if you have a better than decent scouting staff.
I also sort by the static bars using DA and check for outliers vs their combine score.
I have been using standard deviations going back a long time now. I tried to get everyone on it at some point. A lot of experienced players give me combines or screen shots of combines and ask me to evaluate players. I don't know combine scores anymore. I started looking at them again when I got on to combine cut-offs, but the great thing about the 39 setting is I do not have to worry about that anymore.
I am starting to agree for interviews. On the other hand, I am noticing about once per draft there is a VU masked no combine guy that I can find towards the end of the 1st round. Late in the round like that I like to roll the dice and trust the interview on guys like that.
