    I ask this every year because I always forget where it is, but where do I set my coaching hire preferences. Sorry but I never remember where it is.

    Rehire your coaches and it'll pop up automatically.

    I believe on that screen it says 'Finished with Renegotiations' or something.

      Not exactly pop up. You have to click on it.

        Ok some a-hole poached my offensive coordinator and I gifted Stephen Knorr a 12MM golden parachute before he retired.

        Now THAT'S how you start an off-season.

            Hopefully that 12M wasn't in bonus, Del.

                We got a couple new coaches, but nothing too exciting. Need to win to draw more people to the stadium in order to get new coaches, but need good coaches to win games.

                Chicken or the egg...which came first?

                  Does it really matter when the Chicken & Egg most years is Aston & Rob I want to see the Brown Beans, Cornbread, Ham and I'll be the glass milk to win somewhere in the future.
                  OK so it may not makes sense to most but it does me lol.

                    Our #2 WR and #2 CB just retired and we have the oldest roster in the league. It might be time to start thinking about a rebuild in Waco.

                        Your not the only team. 3 - 4 wins is all it seems I can muster.

                          It seems like last offseason and several before that, we opened with an obscene amount of cap room -- somewhere in the $100M range. This year it's down to $67M (thanks in part to an iffy extension of one of our LBs last year), with a ton of players in contract years. We won't get to keep all of them.

                          So far, we're prioritizing MLB Briggs, OT Mathis, and WR Augustine. Guys like DE Rice, DT Knight, OG Luxmore, and possibly WR Buchanan may find themselves on the FA market next year if we don't have the leftover cash.

                            Great off-season so far for the Sharks with some great FA signings and the trade for Ciszek, this team is going to be relevant sooner than expected...

                            Let´s see how the next stages go and the medium part of the Draft!
                            Miami Sharks (BLB)
                            * BLB Champions --> 2017, 2020.

                            Ohio River Sharks (OSFL)
                            * OSFL Bowl CHAMPION > 2036, 2047.

                              Gutted that Melvin Bryant is off to pastures new. Would have franchised him if I was available to export but dropped the ball on that one
