Yeah, if they're not rather close to average already, don't bother trying. I mean, possibly don't bother with it in general. You can get guys from below to normal or above to normal but I don't know that it's really worth it. It's most applicable I suppose when you're about to do a position change. Also, I believe players only get one change per career now.

Generally I'll go over the new year's crop, ignore the obviously over/under players, and see if there's a couple I can tweak.

      Outlaw Training Camp

OUTLAWS held training camp this week some of the rookies showed some promise while others disappointed in what was higher hopes. Then last a few just were just stuck i the mud so to speak. Those showing some promise thru training camp were 3.1 DT Goreton 61 to 64 hopefully he will see some major action this season. 3.13 QB Davis 46 to 48 We don't see him as starter but battling for the #2 spot is real possibility. Davis could be a very solid backup QB. Our best improvement was trading rookie G Lofton who is currently 63 for rookie G McDaniel 46 to 48 and 2nd year DE Grayson 57.

Disappointments came in the form of WR DeJesus 41 to 39. DE Dellinger 46 to 44 and lastly ILB Reese 44 to 41. We really was needing Reese to show improvement.

We are now looking for the much tougher test preseason to start and see who stays a Outlaw and who gets busted and sent to prison. Then the real test will start to see if we play like the James Gang or are we the Apple Dumpling Gang again.

50/50 DE Vernon Ambra is a free agent again. We had to cut him and make cap room. I was hoping to keep him as a Warhawk this year but it just didn't work. Now he goes to the highest bidder!

Good to see WR Chance Sullivan recovered from his knee injury by going from a 66 to a 29!

At least my 1st round DT tanked. I was worried that we might put something together this season.

Greer, Holmes and Kemp all look like strong contributors, very pleased with our draft.

                      Yuma's draft looks nice!

Dakota's draft was mostly bustaroni except for our top two, with #1 pick THE PEE FLY looking very nice.

The two late rounders we wanted that were drafted by Denver & Washington respectively (Farmer the OLB and the G Gianetti) both look nice pickups for those teams.

Same here. I was elated to get him. I was trying to trade up just in case but no one wanted to trade or to draft him.

Agreed. A single 1st round pick for a 70 overall 4th year WR is quite the steal.

That was probably my worst draft in this league in a couple of seasons but that speaks more to the quality of my previous drafts. Overall it wasn't terrible. Disappointed with how my late round safety looks right now. The rest of the draft was decently good.

My 2nd round guard is a starter. My 5th round DT to DE move looks very nice right now. Some other guys will make the team.

The two guys I wanted in the 1st were my safety and the DT right before him. Surprising the DT was a total dud - so it could have been worse - vol perhaps?

We had some drops on the vets but nothing alarming. There were also some unexpected booms. The team is not perfect but will do for now.

My draft wasn't AWESOME but not nearly as bad as I initially thought.
