Gardner > Canada > Hanson ------ pretty equal difference --- Gardner will be good but his volatility is a little scary ---- Canada much safer pick but none of the 3 were great value picks (but what do I know given my record)
Canada (vs Brooklyn)
14 rushes for 60 yards - 0 TDs
3 catches for 14 yards - 0 TDs
74 Total Yards Injured - 2 Weeks
Gardner (@ Lake County)
26 rushes for 103 yards - 0 TDs
10 catches for 64 yards - 0 TDs
167 Total Yards - 0 TDs
Neither player could do enough to carry his team to a win in Week 1. The Red Dogs got doubled up by Brooklyn, while the Mechnics lost to Lake County in OT.
Canada suffered a minor ankle injury in the 2nd Quarter, but continued to play showing his toughness to the hometown crowd.
Gardner silenced a lot of critics who said he would not be a factor in Motor City's short passing offense and would likely lose 3rd Down passing plays to Artie Mayes. Gardner responded with 10 catches (on 10 targets).
I don't know if anyone caught it, but Greta did a list of her top running backs in I think week 5 of the preseason. She had Gardner over Canada but both in the top 10. From what I understand, her rankings are based off of actual ratings(?).

I did notice that. I think they are going to have very similar and very solid careers. How they are viewed will likely all center around who puts a winner around them first.
