    Positional Battles

    Like every season a lot players are fighting for a Roster Spot and a bunch of our guys fight to be a starter and hard to replace in our depth chart!!

    Here are the positional battles for the 2030 Sharks!!

    * Quarterback

    After a good camp for Both, +1 in potential by my Excellent QBs Scout, will fight for be my signal callers in our new-look offense.

    Leroy Chustz, 2nd Year, 25/53

    William Gordon, 4th Year, 39/51

    * Running Back

    After a great camp by the Rookie is now in the mix to be the Graumanīs back-up, the last season K. Giles donīt play as expected and now will fight for the job, also Cleghorn will see some playing time, but I donīt expect for the 10th Year veteran turn things around.

    Kevin Giles, 5th Year, 36/36

    Matthew Davidson, Rookie, 32/38

    Will Cleghorn, 10th Year, 40/40

    * Wide Receiver

    A lot new faces in the team this year and only 6 will finish the regular season with a Roster Spot, with Howe and Westbrook as a clear starters is now time to find our slot, 4th, 5th and emergency WR position.

    Andy Dawson, 10th Year, 35/35

    Rodney Pearson, 2nd Year, 16/19

    Steve Worsham, Rookie, 30/39

    Wally Golalic, 3rd Year, 40/40

    Ty Von Oelhoffen, Rookie, 24/37

    J. B. Erickson, 5th Year, 38/38

    Defensive End

    Only one will survive to be the OīNeill and Thomas back-up.

    Aaron McElreath, 4th Year, 47/47

    J.R. Griffin, Rookie, 14/23

    Everett Doyle, 7th Year, 33/33

    Defensive Tackle

    Another crowded position with youngers pushing hard, maybe is time to move on with the veterans and let the new blood expand their game, only Perkins seems to have their spot clear.

    Richard Serwanga, 2nd Year, 25/50

    Carl Jenkins, Rookie, 23/29

    Albert Kleklamp, 2nd Year, 35/35

    Kelvin Parisi, 11th Year, 45/45

    Cornerback

    We really need help at WR and CB last year, and a lot new faces were bring to Ohio during the off-season, now is time to see what guys will remain and who will be cut.

    Dusty Farmer, 5th Year, 45/45

    Lee Blades, Rookie, 17/25

    Dean Ayi, Rookie, 25/46

    Kurt Hart, 6th Year, 38/38

    Shannon Armstrong, 2nd Year, 20/25

    Miami Sharks (BLB)
    * BLB Champions --> 2017, 2020.

    Ohio River Sharks (OSFL)
    * OSFL Bowl CHAMPION > 2036, 2047.

      Pre-Season 1 Winners and Lossers!

      After saw lot action in the pre-season opener we played better than expected and few players step up to win a Roster Spot!

      * RB Matthew Davidson --> After a big camp the rookie collect 85 Yards in 15 carries with 4 +10 including an 25 Yard scamper.

      * RB Kevin Giles --> He scores only 58 Yards in 22 attemps and with that performance he losses the back-up position at this point in favor of the Rookie.

      * QB Leroy Chustz --> Seems that after one of the worst TC by a Rookie in the recent years he stablished himself as a decent option and went +3/+1 in the last one, he displayed the ball to 10 different targets and connected 11 1st Downs also a Touchdown, he needs to secure the football but only gets 2 hurries showing poise in the pocket and great foot-work

      * WR Person, Dawson and Worsham --> Great game by all of three catching 9/10 for 120 Yards and 1 Touchdown in their way.

      * WR Golalic, Von Oelhoffen --> Bad game to start the season for both struggling catching the football. Seems that Golalic will play only in Special Teams this year. Good news for the other ones.

      * DE Aaron McElreath and J.R. Griffin --> The veteran and the rookie showed his cards in this opener collecting 6 tackles, 2 hurries and 1 Sacks between both.

      * DT Richard Serwanga --> After added 16 Pounds of muscle in the TC, the formar DE collapsed the pocket and shows flashes to be a good man in the trenches, 1 Tackle, 2 Assists and 1 Sack in only 19 Plays.

      * CB Kurt Hart --> Crepper who hits the field as a slot and back-up RCB defended 1 pass and not allow a single catch in 22 plays.

      * SS Vinny Rose --> Sad to see him after spending the whole of his career with me but probably he will not make the team after struggle covering the TE and intermediate routes.
      Miami Sharks (BLB)
      * BLB Champions --> 2017, 2020.

      Ohio River Sharks (OSFL)
      * OSFL Bowl CHAMPION > 2036, 2047.

                  Ohio River 23 at Anchorage 13 (Wild Car)

                  Wooohaaa

                  Great win in the Tundra over an excellent rival, QB, RB and Manager...

                  We manage the game until the 4th quarter despite turnovers and penalties which kill us, then the Sharkīs play-makers putted their work shoes and rally 10-0 in the 4th quarter to advance for another clasical play-off game at Phoenix!!

                  Chustz grab another no-pick game with one touchdown throw and some unbeliavle passes to Chervet, Howe and Worsham. Grauman donīt had his best game and Giles + Davidson come out of the bench to make some really nice plays along the game.

                  Defense played solid since the 2nd quarter until the end of the game kept O.J. Sheldon quiet and managed Kessler...

                  Great effort and we have football one more week!!
