This draft is really deep, still lots of good players available. But with our 10th overall pick we selected C/DH Joey Folland. I went with what I felt was the best bat available.

He's another high schooler and can develop alongside Owens. I'd rather build a core group of prospects that are in the same age group and will reach the bigs at the same time.

I was shocked he was still there. My scout like him more so than OSA, but I'm excited to see what he becomes. Pretty far along at this point, he'll debut at Double-A.

What's even more awesome is I have 14 players left in my 1st round shortlist which means I'm guaranteed to get someone I want with all four 1st round picks.

You've used that line before... Many times?

Looks like many of us just got hit by a 18-wheeler full of irony with that Chitown pick. #TheGhostofJistic

And I am also no longer looking to move up.

Alright, CAL is up at 1.8. Our new owner, PaulC, has just obtained access to the utility, so we're giving him a time extension on this first round pick as a courtesy.

Looks like I set it appropriately because the top player in my queue was picked.

The #1 guy on my board is gone but he loves Jackson and says he will be a Hall of Fame player. He will have plus plus power according to him and should make good contact down the road. Can't wait till my 2nd round picks
