That's a black mark on the league.

I'd say mostly because we've never overturned a trade for a violation of "fairplay/Gentlemen's" rules.

It was shady. Pat's attempts to defend it were worse. I'd hope the league will self-govern by making DC a piriah for future trade talks.

If he gets a third pitch... Clay cheats.

Wildfire comes in at #2, Camilo (2.1) at #60, and Bandy (3.6) who I felt lucky to get there comes in at #94. Trent and Marrero stay on the list.

I like my system for pitchers still - which has always been our focus. Hopefully they pan out.

Me too. Love the guy, I know the Feeder League stats don't need much... but 387/30 K/BB.... off the charts WHIP.... perfect defense.... Love everything about the guy, Just needs to sprout that 3rd pitch.

But if the worst case is a Closer with straight 6's or better (8-7-8 potential).

We needed to restock with some SP's after trading away two top 100's a few years ago. Scout says to put 'em in AA but I'm going slow with these two and letting them finish the year in A ball.

Stunned to see Pawtucket's run of top 100's come to an end again. Should be another season until we see anyone from there back in the top 100.

So... we jumped into the #1 spot by adding two Top 100 guys...

    T.J. Knudson (#7) - Drafted 1.2
    Lorenzo Porras (#50) - Drafter 2.24

About what I expected here. I still think 'Gadget' Gray (1.24) is a stud from this draft. If he gets that 3rd pitch, he'll sky-rocket onto the list. If not... he's a top shelf Closer by 1997.
