Actually, I'm just going to strike that one down straight away. I don't see how that method could be applied given the data we have to look at. A +1 on the player development chart is always represented by an actual +1 change in ratings presented on the scouting report.

There's not much left to develop. There's only a little AAA season left I would use it.
And I'm not saying this to be smart, but he's your guy so you gotta do what you feel is best. I'm just saying if he was mine it would be a few AAA starts, if he swims Sep callup. "Kid" will be 25 in the off season. If he can't handle AAA just let him finish the year there.
At the same time, the next time I devop a top player I'll let ya know.
