Ryan: a stud WR is worth a lot in FOF. Some would say even more than a franchise QB. Experienced GMs wouldn't even trade a young stud WR for four late 1sts.
So Portland saw value at 1.10; but felt that his position needs did not meet the draft value. He had trade talk with numerous teams and almost aqcured RB Montano, moved back 4 places for pick 1.14 but in the end portland decided on acquiring for upgrades on him roster and a second and third round picks in this years draft.
Players: OLB Sims - Young player that was a key maker in this decision, he fits the scheme Portland coord runs and is a very sold player.
CB Fritchman - Very good and young cover corner, he had 6 picks his rookie season and will start opposite of shannon.
RB Becker - Will compete with Harmon for starting RB, if anything he will split the load of a top five running attack in the osfl
TE Franklin - Just think of putting Gonzalez opposite of Grahamn... Hartman and Franklin will make nasty mismatches for opposing defenses.
In case no one noticed, I blocked both the 1.10 and 1.12 (looking to move down for extra picks this season or next). I am waiting for my interviews at this next sim and if there are no offers, I will pick. Probably around 8 pm if the sim is on time.

another guy you dont REALLY want to be giving more draft picks
All things considered, that was as little as anyone was going to get back in draft stock for all of those players, I would say...can't deny that Anchorage paid up. Looks like a both-sides-benefit deal.
