I do that also, usually. But I wait until LFA 4-5 and get all the high volatility guys and hope they hit a nice volatility spike. Rarely happens, and being forced to cut down to 60 before you can see the TC results just makes it harder. Those are the first guys to get dumped. I've basically stopped doing it in FOF7. I do push up to 60 with some high volatility guys to see what happens.

Do we still turn down PS injuries?

Aw, crap. I forgot about that.

You know what -- I think I'll leave it at 100 all the time. Too much inconsistency otherwise; I keep forgetting to change those settings back at the right time.

Awesome. 8 guys hurt in the PS. That's really crappy.

No starting G or starting T. I'll be playing a rookie with 4 RB.

That sucks, i used to always forget that it was 0, and sit starters during part of PS

Well it's a bummer because I thought it was a thing we do. Because rosters are limited it's not like the NFL where I can march out scrubs that will get cut. We're forced to use a few starters and some valuable backups. I think it needs to be used again in the future.

I rested starters believing they could get injured and a couple of important guys did. Not sure it matters what the setting is as it's the same for everyone. You win some, you lose some.

I've never understood why the game doesn't handle Preseason rosters more appropriately.

Ya seriously. Do you keep your starters as #1 and then have the play time settings for #1 to low...or put them as backups and keep the play time settings for #1 high?

Next year we are hoarding as many scrubs as possible. I'm signing waterboys to play.

Bad thing is 7 scrubs don't get ya far. Then even when you play a starter to get him warmed up for season he gets injured in his first warm up game. He was out for EX4 but is now probable and 3 weeks away from full strength, I am going to take chance and play him with it only being wrist sprain hope it does not backfire on me. I just need to try and get every win I can get so need my best players on the field.

This is how I usually handle preseason playing time:

                        Game 1 - play all of my starters @ 80% and QB1 @ 9

                        Game 2 - play all of my starters @ 80% and QB2 @ 9

                        Game 3 - play all of my backups @ 80% and QB3 @ 9

Game 4 - make top player inactive, play anyone with seasonal rust that I am not planning on cutting @80% and QB4 @ 9

My priorities are to eliminate seasonal rust while avoiding injuries and keeping anyone I plan on cutting inactive so I am not forced into paying an injury settlement.
