I don't like re-boot. Too much history and memories. I would like to carry on as it is. The new guys in the league can tank or do whatever they want to be excited about their teams again. But for the ones that are here for a long time spending years of our life in this league wouldn't be nice at all.

Uh, Julio wasn't exaggerating. FOF8 is fundamentally going to change a lot. It'll be interesting to see how things shake out on the long term, but FOF8 is sounding a lot like what Jim wanted FOF7 to be like but the then-current game engine wouldn't allow. Now he's created entirely new gameplanning and it's awesome. It's actually more like real football, which is not what I expected. Good bye weird percentage tweaking gameplanning bullshit, hello actual gameplanning.

Man, I'm torn on this. It looks like a lot of work to figure out the gameplanning. If the underlying game isn't significantly improved, that's just going to be wasted time. If the underlying game is improved, it has the potential to be awesome.
I might have to hold off until some of you guys get it and report back. Otherwise, maybe it'll be part of the Steam sale right off the bat and selling for $10 like OOTP.

I think Rex will be a huge part of all of this coupled with using the proper personnel.

Exploits are probably going to exist in areas that I wasn't able to think of myself. There's been some pretty "exploity" tests done, but the end result isn't some "super gameplan".Columbus Catfish (2020-2030 & 2036-2038)
Huntsville Bulldogs (2043-present)
