Great trade man. Most GM's(real and virtual) are overly infatuated with "potential." Potentially, there may be another top tier MLB next year, but I agree with you, you don't know that. But you do know that you like what you see now. I think sometimes you have to go out and get what you want and deal with the positive or negative consequences after, and you did just that. Does it pan out, maybe or maybe not, but you don't have to live with watching Muncy tear it up for another squad.




But you may have to watch him suck for yours....lol. Good trade man.

LOL!! I hope he does not suck but you are right, one never knows how they will pan out. I will end up kicking myself if he busts but i would hate to see him become a stud for someone else knowing i could have got him. I will be fine either way, sometimes you just have to go out and get what you want.

If your time, runs out I pick for you. I will pick the first person in your preference list. If no one is on the preference list, I will pick the best player available at your biggest need position.

If you miss your pick twice, your draft goes on auto and we pick for you throughout the draft.

I have to disagree. The only real difference between 2008 and 2009 for NLB on defense, was 1st round pick, Joel Wild who ended up being a DROY finalist. I think his addition to our squad was immeasurable, so I think the right 1 or 2 talented players, regardless of position, will make a huge difference to a team.

I have to disagree with that a little. NLB's offense was much improved with Allen making less mistakes and the addition of Seigrist.

That was on offense. Allen and Co. had little to do with the defense being #2 in forced turnovers, #1 in passing yards allowed, and a top ten run defense. For all the praise I was giving the offense, my defense deserved quite a bit too. Hell we lost against Yuma, 10-6.

Patience. He was online today about 5 hours ago. He's aware of the draft and he may be away from the computer since its Saturday afternoon. Owners are allowed to use their allotted time and thats the reason we cut the draft down from 8 to 4 hrs
