Memphis will be taking a little bit of time. We spoke with a team earlier about a potential trade for 1.26, so we're just waiting to hear from them again.

Portland selects 6'4, 272 lbs, DE Marvin Bullock out of Purdue. The Phantoms loved his combine numbers. He was one of the top five smartest DEs in the draft, 2nd strongest, tied for first in broad jump. While his 40 time and agility drills were average, it was still impressive. Coming in after his senior season, Bullock is expected to contribute right away (59% developed, #1 for DEs) at the biggest need position for the Phantoms.

What does everyone else think of Bullock?

I liked Kidd's numbers, but he doesn't fit into my 3-4. Nice pick though.

Yeah, he's too small for NT. I liked his numbers, and he has enough speed to move to DE if I need him to, but should be fine at DT in a 4-3.

I know the policy is to draft the best player at the team's biggest position of need if they don't show up, but does anyone really think Denver would consider picking a fullback if he was here?
