Going out on a limb here (research isn't complete), but I think it's David Rodriguez with 511 saves in 558 opps, 91.6%.


Edit: Looks like Diego Lovera is actually the answer here, 282 saves in 298 opps, 94.6%!

We have just such a database It only allows for search by two criteria so you have to do some sorting/dump to excel after that if you want to filter further, but it's a great tool to start a research project.
