Yep, big changes. Positive ones for me, as CJ Thompson shoots to #6 and Tom Mackey rises to 40. Also a new top 100 prospect as Kevin Langford is in at 83.
Not sure my scout sees them better than before, but whatever decides the top 100 is at least slightly different.

Never seen Greed or Loyalty as a major factor in contract talks. I've seen "very high" greed guys be the easiest guys dealing with. It just appears to be window dressing.
"Team Leader" seems to help most come playoff time, but honestly thats just a theory. C Dave Piekarski has never been our team captian yet has a career .343ave/ .974OPS and only recently his work ethic went from low to normal so kind of throws that off.
The only other theory I've had his lazy or dumb guys tend to be suspended more. Least appears that way.
Again, I know there's alot under the hood so perhaps alot of values cancel each other out???
I don't know.
I think it is there.
It's probably all just weighted under the hood (depending on the player and situation) so you can't make a direct correlation to the character traits in most cases.

Guest repliedJohnny Hoffman hit .377 in Single A and jumped up to #33 by season's end, but my scout has soured a bit as far as his writeup is concerned. I still think he's gonna be really good, and my scout favors tools as well so I'm thinking he isn't as high on him because Hoffman is more of a finished product type.
Corr was off the list completely but eventually made it into the 60's after hitting over .300 and driving in 63 runs in an abridged season. Was a little surprised that he didn't seem to be as high on everyone else's list at draft time, but I think he'll be #Elite.

McGraw can't seem to get going in A ball despite being ranked so highly. Meanwhile Ed Zahn spends one season in A ball, has played better than McGraw, and already my scout wants him in AA.
Hopefully McGraw is a slow learner because he's going to be in AA next season now that he's getting too old.

Zack Molina (1.20), who OSA hates, got another significant bump from my scout. Jimmy Knutson (1.9) has pitched well - in line with his collegiate stats but no love from the Top 100 either.
It'd be nice if they were on there. Then again, look at guys like Erik Jackson who came out of that 2014 draft and was one of a very few who didn't crack the Top 100 for some time after.
